# Polymarket coverage

> Check supported API features and understand the platform fields and filters.

0xinsider provides analytics for Polymarket. Use the public coverage endpoint to see which API features are supported; you do not need to choose a provider.

<span id="the-capability-response" />

## Check coverage

```bash theme={null}
curl "https://api.0xinsider.com/api/v1/coverage"
```

The response contains `platforms.polymarket`. These capability keys all return `supported`:

| Key | Feature |
| - | - |
| `grade` | Wallet grades. |
| `pnl` | Profit and loss. |
| `strategy` | Wallet strategy labels. |
| `timeline` | Position history. |
| `large_trades` | Large trades. |
| `suspicious_trades` | Trades flagged for review. |
| `market_snapshot` | Price and order-book snapshots. |
| `whale_signal` | A compatibility name for `large_trades`. |
| `insider_radar` | A compatibility name for `suspicious_trades`. |

The compatibility names carry the same values as their current names. `/api/v1/platforms` is a deprecated alias of `/api/v1/coverage`.

Coverage describes supported features. It does not check the provider on each request or report the age of a particular value; use [trust metadata](/concepts/trust-metadata) for that.

## Use the `platform` filter

Some endpoints accept `platform` for compatibility with existing clients:

| Endpoint | Accepted values | Result |
| - | - | - |
| [Large trades history](/api-reference/endpoint/get-large-trades-history) | `polymarket`, `all` | Both return the same Polymarket data; omitting the parameter has the same effect. |
| [Sharp money flows](/api-reference/endpoint/sharp-money-flows) and its [alias](/api-reference/endpoint/smart-money-flows) | `polymarket`, `all` | Both return the same data. The default is `all`. |
| [Explore markets](/api-reference/endpoint/explore-markets) | `polymarket` | The value has no filtering effect. |

An unsupported value on the history or flow endpoints returns `400`, with `error.param` set to `platform`.

## Read the response field

| Response | Field and value |
| - | - |
| Positions, large positions, trending wallets, game markets, leaderboard entries, and picks | `platform` is `polymarket`. The pick's commitment payload uses the same value. |
| Market snapshot | `market.provider` is `polymarket`. |
| Search and explore results | `platform` is `polymarket`, or `null` when unavailable. |
| Market flow, sharp money flow, and report trade rows | The market's `platform` can be `polymarket` or `null`. |

## Limits

A `null` platform is a missing field value. It does not identify a different provider.
