GET
cURL
Use this public endpoint to discover API paths without hard-coding them in your client. It needs no API key and returns the same information to every caller. For the Polymarket data the API supports, use Coverage.

Key response fields

Copy the path you need out of authenticated_routes rather than guessing it. Nobody checks that list against the OpenAPI document automatically, so if the two ever disagree, the document at openapi_url is correct.

Example

What it does not return

  • Parameters or response shapes. Those are in the OpenAPI document at openapi_url.
  • The public routes in the index. authenticated_routes lists only the routes that need a key, and authentication names the public ones in prose.
  • The remote MCP server’s own metadata. That document is at /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/api/v1/mcp.
  • Anything about your account. Use Account identity for that.

Headers

X-Query-Validation
enum<string>

Opt into strict query-name validation. The default is compatible: unknown names are ignored and reported in X-Query-Ignored. With strict, an unknown name returns 400 bad_request with error.reason unknown_query_parameter before the handler runs, including when its percent escape is incomplete.

Available options:
strict
