data, while keeping object: "radar_flag" for existing clients.
The flag identifies a trade for review and does not prove insider trading. For a list of flags, use Suspicious trades.
This route remains available without a retirement date. Responses include Deprecation: @1790121600 (September 23, 2026, at 00:00 UTC) and a Link to the replacement and versioning policy; there is no Sunset header.
Parameters

Key response fields

scores.size, scores.fresh_wallet | evidence.size and evidence.fresh when those keys hold numbers, and null otherwise. |
scores.timing, scores.edge | Always null. The live scorer does not record these two components. |
created_at | The trade’s own timestamp, not the moment it was flagged. |

What it does not return
- Proof of insider trading. The flag says one trade matched a heuristic worth a human look, and nothing more.
- A freshly computed score. Every value here is the one stored when the trade was scored.
- The trade itself. The same raw
whale_alerts.idopens it on Large trade, withsize_usd,price,side, and the wallets on the other side.
Caching
Save the response’sETag and send it in If-None-Match on your next request. If the flag has not changed, the server returns 304 Not Modified with no body.Authorizations

Legacy default or named integration API key, or OAuth 2.1 access token, in the Authorization header as Bearer oxi_sk_live_... or Bearer oxi_at_.... Default keys retain full access; integration keys are limited to their approved read, webhooks, export and usage scopes and expire within 90 days. All credentials share the owner's account limits. Data calls require an active Pro subscription and return live data. A 401 carries WWW-Authenticate: Bearer resource_metadata="https://api.0xinsider.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource" (RFC 6750 section 3, RFC 9728).
Headers
Opt into strict query-name validation. The default is compatible: unknown names are ignored and reported in X-Query-Ignored. With strict, an unknown name returns 400 bad_request with error.reason unknown_query_parameter before the handler runs, including when its percent escape is incomplete.
Available options:
strict Conditional GET validator from a previous ETag. Matching values return 304 Not Modified with an empty body.
